The concept of Kraft Cola was developed from the perspective of preventive medicine to be the world's healthiest Kraft Cola - "easy, tasty and healthy".
Fructose dextrose liquid sugar (isomerised sugar) is considered the worst thing in soft drinks. It easily turns into neutral fat, causes oxidation = ageing and disease in the body and has no nutrients.

UMAMI COLA has solved these problems by using koji amazake instead of sugar.
Koji amazake lowers neutral fat, has antioxidant properties and is so nutritious that it has been called a 'drinking infusion' or 'drinking beauty essence', and contains B vitamins (B1: thiamine, B2: riboflavin, B3 niacin, B5: pantothenic acid, B6: pyridoxine, B7: biotin, B9: folic acid) and all nine essential amino acids. It contains a total of more than 350 nutrients, including all amino acids.
