・Senkori Junmai Ginjyo Nama Gen Shu Risshunn Asa Shibori

SENKIN, a brewery located in Sakura City, Tochigi Prefecture, attracts fans with its pure and natural sake brewing under the banner of "Domaine Sakura," which uses only rice grown exclusively in the same water vein as the brewery's underground water.

This is "SENKIN", which is very popular every year.
Since the pressing is scheduled to be completed on the day of Risshun, the brewer has to carefully control and adjust the quality of the rice and climate changes each year, making this sake more difficult to make than daiginjyo.

In between shipments, the brewery performs a purification ceremony to pray for good health, family safety, and prosperous business.
Please enjoy the fresh, vibrant, freshly pressed flavor that could only be tasted in the sake brewery!

This is a rare sake that can only be enjoyed once a year!
Don't miss this opportunity!
