This sake harmoniously balances the elegant sweetness and freshness created by the rice.
CHARACTER
This special sake is crafted using the base of Junmai Daiginjo (KUJI), known for its vibrant aroma. Furthermore, the sake is transformed into a sparkling one through secondary fermentation inside the bottle. By combining intricate processes and allowing for an extended period of 70 days, a complex and rich aroma and flavor are meticulously created. Moreover, we used only the heart of the rice, indulging in its richness while achieving a well-balanced and elegant taste amidst the profound character.
