CHARACTER
 
 
The rich sweetness born from using water and sake in the brewing process. A portion of the brewing water was brewed with Japanese sake (pure rice sake). As a result, the sweetness of the rice is retained, and a rich acidity can also be felt. The 15% alcohol content further enhances the intense flavor.
