A refreshing aroma reminiscent of lemons and limes.
A soft sweetness, effervescent bubbles, and a fresh, invigorating acidity spread throughout the mouth. The aftertaste is clean and light. It contains a hint of bitterness reminiscent of citrus, allowing for a flavor crafted to be described as 'just like lemon.'
 
 
CHARACTER
 
We utilized white koji, commonly used in shochu production, to emphasize the acidity. This sake has a gentle effervescence rich in citric acid found abundantly in citrus fruits. It's fruity and slightly tangy, with a lower alcohol content, offering a refreshing and easy-to-drink characteristic.
