After 2019, Yoichi recorded an average accumulation temperature in northern Burgundy, and also recorded an accumulation temperature of 1366 in 2022.
 
The rainfall in July before and after flowering was less than usual, and the climate was warm and bear fruit smoothly, which led to the ideal harvest. Although there was a lot of rain in August when Bereson started, the rainfall was low in September and October, so we were able to harvest grapes that were ideal for both sugar content, color, and yield.
