Message from the sake brewery: We used plenty of natural yuzu grown in the Nogami area in Wakayama Prefecture, where this brewery is located, and made sake with the scent and taste of yuzu properly. It goes well with the sake that has been stored for 2 years, and I think it has become a product unique to a sake brewery in Wakayama.
