This is an introduction to the limited edition "Nichi Aizan" from the daily brewing that brews sake in Fushimi, Kyoto Prefecture. We use Tojo Eifuku Village, which is considered to be of the highest quality in Hyogo Prefecture, a representative production area of Aizan. It is a gem carefully brewed with passion.
