Abe Sake Brewery in Niigata Prefecture is a sake brewery that has inherited the sake brewing methods of the time when the company was founded, while at the same time bringing new ideas and a spirit of challenge to its brewing. Among its numerous lineups, “FOMALHAUT” is a popular sake with a rich sweet taste that can be drunk as if it were an after-dinner dessert. This third collaboration is based on “FOUMALHAUT” and is brewed with “FOMALHAUT Imperial Sake,” which was released last year, and is brewed with additional premium brewing water added during the normal brewing process. Please enjoy “FOMALHAUT Imperial Sake” with its rich aroma reminiscent of ripe fruit and sweet taste.

The palate is moderately juicy and sweet! The lactic acidity envelops the softly swelling flavor. The taste is firm, but very smooth and soft. The lactic acidity lingers until the end, and the gentle aftertaste is gently accompanied by a hint of astringency.
