CHARACTER

 

Aroma resembling tropical fruits, bringing out the yeast's full potential. You can savor an aroma reminiscent of pineapples and pears. This aroma is largely produced by yeast during fermentation under special conditions. To maximize the potential of the yeast, only the purest parts of domestically sourced rice were used lavishly, crafted with top-tier expertise.
