The release of the collaboration sake "AKABU Nakatsuka Junmai Daiginjo" by Yuta Nakatsuka and Akatake Shuzo (Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture) has been decided!
 
Akatake Shuzo, a collaboration partner who has deepened his friendship in the process of Yuta Nakatsuga's devotion to sake, is a sake brewing company founded in 1896 (Meiji 29) located in Iwate Prefecture, which is also famous for Nanbu Toji, a sake brewing group that is counted as one of the three major toji in Japan.
 
The young sixth generation, Ryunosuke Furutachi, together with Kurodo, has a consistent experience from the preparation of washing rice, steamed rice, koji and sake mash making, to the upper tank (squeezing).
 
After repeated dialogue about naming and design, we finally completed the package as an exclusive limited item!
