Abe Houjoubetsu AGEWASHINNDEN

In the mouth, you feel the sweetness of rice, which is typical of "Abe", followed by a sharp sharp taste.
It also has a strong umami, which is typical of "Kimoto".
Although it has an alcohol content of 16%, it is fresh and dry, so it is not heavy and goes down well with the sake.
It is also delicious when heated (40-45°C).
The umami and acidity become richer.
